Position Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic oversight for all front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring flawless service execution, product availability, and consistent compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor management and hourly staff; drive a positive culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork while maintaining a supportive environment focused on professional growth.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales trends, labor costs, inventory controls, and beverage performance metrics to maximize revenue; participate in monthly performance reviews and manage handed-down budgets effectively.
- Guest & Client Relations: Maintain high visibility in the dining room to foster meaningful guest engagement, resolve concerns, and sustain an excellent, collaborative relationship with partnering casino entities.
Position Requirements
- Steakhouse Experience: Proven management background within a dedicated high-volume or premium steakhouse concept.
- Beverage Expertise: Strong mid-level to advanced operational knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine programs.
- Front-of-House Management: Comprehensive expertise in managing mid-level full-service front-of-house teams and dining room operations.
- Cultural Alignment: A collaborative, composed leadership style with a strict focus on staff development and treating team members with respect; willingness to complete a comprehensive six-week corporate integration training program.
Compensation Package Details
- Base Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 annually (dependent on experience).
- Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonus potential (TBD/details structured upon hire).
