About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analytics – AI Specialist who can bridge business operations with data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI tools to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive strategic insights across functions such as operations, supply chain, customer experience, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build dashboards and reports for business teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)
• Develop predictive models to forecast demand, inventory, and operational requirements
• Use AI tools and frameworks to automate repetitive processes and improve efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into data solutions
• Monitor key business KPIs and recommend improvements based on data insights
• Clean, structure, and manage data for accuracy and usability
• Implement data-driven strategies to reduce costs and improve customer experience

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• 1–2years of experience in Data Analytics / AI / Business Intelligence
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering)
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT APIs, automation tools, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with ability to work with non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startups or operations-heavy environments
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or marketplace business models
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
