YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Data & Analytics Delivery team at our Headquarters in Herzogenaurach.
This role is pivotal in driving strategic data and analytics initiatives across PUMA's global business functions. You will lead large-scale programs that modernize data platforms, enable advanced analytics capabilities, and deliver business value through data-driven solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in shaping and executing PUMA's data journey.
This means your responsibilites will be:
Lead Data & Analytics Programs: Drive the planning, execution, rollout, and communication of strategic data and analytics initiatives across multiple business functions, regions, and markets.
Program Governance & Delivery Management: Establish and manage program governance structures, project roadmaps, milestones, reporting processes, and decision-making forums to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business priorities.
Project Leadership: Oversee the execution of complex data, analytics, and technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality standards, resource allocation, and business objectives are achieved.
Cross-functional Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers and external partners to deliver successful business outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders, technology stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions while driving informed decision-making and timely resolution of challenges.
Business & Technology Alignment: Partner with business & technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and technology solutions that create measurable business value.
Portfolio & Resource Planning: Support prioritization, capacity planning, budgeting, and resource management across multiple programs and projects.
Quality & Change Management: Drive testing, validation, deployment readiness, change management, and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation
Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across project management methodologies, governance processes, and ways of working.
YOUR TALENT
8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics Program Management, Digital Transformation, or a comparable leadership role within a complex international environment.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, facilitate, negotiate and build alignment across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused discussions.
Strong understanding of data and analytics ecosystems
Experience working with modern analytics and cloud technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, or comparable platforms is an advantage.
Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments with distributed teams and external delivery partners.

Positive, flexible, and open-minded team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Business fluency in English.
