As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a vital part in keeping our nationwide Trade Counter network operating at its best. From coordinating maintenance and supporting new store openings to working closely with suppliers and store teams, you'll be the person who makes sure things happen, and happen well.
No two days are the same. You'll juggle multiple priorities, build strong relationships across the business, and use your organisation and communication skills to deliver a great service.

Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance requests are delivered to expected deadlines and standards.
- Communicate appropriate information to the stores and our suppliers.
- Support new store opening programme with store set up order.
- Chase and communicate work progress updates.
- Provide admin support to the Facilities Manager.
- Process work requests in line with the service level agreement.
- Raise purchase orders for payment of works.
- Manage the Facilities mailbox and progress queries/requests.
- Request surveys and actions from external suppliers and in house business partners.
- Consistently work to improve our processes and practices.
- Attend relevant supplier and facilities meetings.
- Own specific elements of the facilities process, including updating details, providing information and supporting others to carry out tasks.
- Manage and evaluate maintenance reports.
- Manage Trade counters in a specific area for Reactive maintenance call outs.
- Manage several contractors on planned maintenance attendances to ensure compliance.
- Review and manage payment schedules submitted by suppliers.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience of successfully managing several internal relationships across a variety of levels.
- Demonstrable experience of working within a deadline driven environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Facilities Management experience/knowledge desirable.
