Schedule: Night shift - 9pm -6am
In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, driving key HR initiatives that foster engagement, ensure compliance, and support a high-performing workplace. Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures for assigned business units, ensuring consistent application and compliance with company standards and applicable employment laws.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers by providing guidance on employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
- Support the full performance management lifecycle by coaching leaders on performance improvement plans, corrective actions, disciplinary processes, and employee separations while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, delivering orientation sessions and ensuring all required employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, safeguarding data integrity and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates to promote awareness and consistency across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and workplace safety initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Provide day-to-day coaching and HR guidance to employees and leaders, helping resolve workplace concerns and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Generate HR reports, analyze workforce metrics, and prepare documentation that supports business decisions, audits, and compliance activities.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, strengthening compliance, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Handle confidential employee and business information with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
