Your mission
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Drive portfolio growth by identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Contribute to forecasting, business planning, and resource allocation decisions.
- Monitor business performance and recommend actions to accelerate growth and improve competitiveness.
Customer & Market Development
- Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, healthcare professional needs, and patient journeys.
- Translate market insights into actionable marketing initiatives and customer engagement plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and key partners.
- Support the development of innovative customer-centric solutions to enhance customer experience.
Omnichannel Excellence
- Lead the design and execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial and Digital teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across channels.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize investments to maximize business impact and return on investment.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Support succession planning and capability development within the marketing organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Medical, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, and Regional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Lead key business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across the organization.
Financial & Budget Management
- Develop and manage marketing budgets responsibly.
- Track marketing investments, business performance, and ROI.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support business priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, and Brand Management.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer healthcare, or dermo-cosmetics industries is preferred.
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
