Responsibilities:
Coordinate facility services, defects, repairs, relocations and general site service requests
Organize and follow up maintenance, inspections and corrective actions with craftsmen, suppliers and service providers
Coordinate building, infrastructure and utility topics such as ventilation, lifts, electricity, water, heating, cooling and workplace infrastructure
Support safety, fire protection and access-related topics, including fire alarms, extinguishers, signage, visitor and contractor access
Support purchasing and administration processes, including offers, order confirmations, delivery dates, invoices, supplier discussions and Procurement system demand entries
Manage selected fleet tasks for Weinheim pool cars and defined vehicles, including Fleet Management System, inspections, tire changes, TÜV/UVV, workshops, cleaning and handovers
Maintain a pragmatic status and action list for open site topics and escalate where required
Ensure clear user communication for construction work, restrictions, relocations, maintenance and temporary operational impacts
Support asset, furniture and inventory topics, including disposal, scrapping, residual-use activities and HSE-related reporting
Qualifications:
- Technical or commercial qualification with strong practical understanding of facility or site service processes
- Experience in facility management, technical building services, site services or a comparable coordinating service role
- Knowledge of building infrastructure, maintenance and inspection coordination, service provider management, access and safety topics; experience with Veenion and Avrios is beneficial
- German communication skills; English basic to good working knowledge beneficial in an international environment
- Service oriented, reliable and well organized
- Hands-on mindset with structured documentation
- Confident communication with users, suppliers and service providers
- Additional qualifications in occupational health and safety are highly desirable
