The position is responsible for managing overall client expectations and execution for Operations; and internal business directives from the Operations Director or Business Leader. AMM works hand-in-hand with the Operations Manager (OM), who manages day-to-day operations / deliverables of the agents, teams, and site requirements; maximizing productivity and efficiency in delivering world-class service, measured by Client End User Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, and Long Term Investor Value. An AMM ensures that business objectives for the program are met by improving the overall client perception and relationship with the site as a vendor. A certain level of managing micro items may be needed; including managing certain groups of individuals under the directive of the Business Leader. The AMM takes care of all financial KPIs needing to be met by the site by balancing attainment of site metrics driven by Operations, growing the business by means of better client-vendor partnership, and maximizing revenue.
