Role Scope
The Vice President will primarily support clients and operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, working closely with fund managers, investors, and global stakeholders in China, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong.
The role requires strong understanding of APAC market practices, regulatory environments, and client expectations, particularly within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Private Debt fund structures.

To lead and grow the Dalian Global Capability Centre as the premier APAC delivery hub for Private Equity and Fund Administration services, delivering exceptional client outcomes through operational excellence, strong regional expertise, digital innovation, and culturally aligned leadership
Skills Required:
- 15+ years of experience within Private Equity, Fund Administration, Alternative Investments, Asset Servicing, or Financial Services.
- Proven experience supporting APAC-based clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting, investor services, private markets operations, and alternative investment structures.
- Experience managing cross-border teams and operating in multicultural environments.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Japanese, Chinese, Hong Kong, Singaporean, or broader APAC fund structures and reporting requirements.
- Experience supporting private equity managers headquartered in Japan, China, Hong Kong, or Singapore.
- Knowledge of Japanese GAAP and financial reporting practices.
- Familiarity with local Chinese business practices and regulatory environment.
- Significant leadership experience managing large-scale operational teams within a Global Capability Centre, Shared Service Centre, or Offshore Delivery Centre.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Japanese language capability would be considered a strong advantage, particularly where client portfolios include Japanese fund managers and investors.

- Strong communication and influencing skills across different cultural environments.
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.

- Exposure to Japanese fund administration operations.
- Working knowledge of Japanese GAAP (J-GAAP).
- Understanding of Japanese investment vehicles, private equity structures, and investor reporting requirements.
- Experience servicing Japanese institutional clients, GPs, or asset managers.
