Description

The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the team:

Dexcom is seeking a strategic, enterprise-minded leader to establish and lead a globally integrated Business PMO that enables scalable execution, disciplined governance, and measurable business impact across the enterprise. This role will provide executive-level leadership for complex, global, cross-functional process and technology initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, IT, global operations, commercial teams, and delivery centers to drive alignment, accountability, and value realization. The mandate: turn enterprise priorities into a managed portfolio, point scarce capacity at the work that moves the business, and hold the governance that carries an idea from discussion to decision to delivery.

You will build the operating model, program standards, governance mechanisms, and executive reporting required to manage a global portfolio of high-priority initiatives, including enterprise process transformation. Specifically partnering with IT & the business to deliver ERP and platform implementations, AI-enabled operating improvements, and cost and productivity programs. The leader will ensure programs are structured to deliver clear outcomes, manage risk, support business readiness, and sustain adoption across large, matrixed environments. You will work across Finance, IT, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Product, and Delivery centers to sequence priorities, manage dependencies, settle trade-offs, and land adoption in the business.

Success in this position requires the ability to translate enterprise priorities into actionable program roadmaps, mobilize stakeholders across functions and regions, and establish the governance, decision forums, and operating cadence needed to drive consistent execution. You will separate activity from value, surface risks early & make executive decisions easier giving Dexcom the capability to execute change with speed, transparency and confidence.

Where you come in:

  • You will establish and lead a globally integrated Business PMO, including the operating model, governance, intake, stage-gates standards, tools, and executive reporting needed to manage a complex enterprise portfolio.
  • You will lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across business processes, technology platforms & commercial operations, ensuring clear outcomes, disciplined execution, and measurable value realization.
  • You will partner closely with Finance, IT, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and global delivery centers to align priorities, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and accelerate decision-making.
  • You will translate enterprise strategy into actionable program roadmaps, integrated plans, milestones, resource requirements, and success measures to ensure consistent portfolio management and change-control mechanisms that drive transparency, prioritization, accountability, and delivery confidence across programs.
  • You will partner with IT and business leaders on platform enabled change across ERP, AI-enabled workflows, and data products with business readiness and continuity built into the project plans.
  • You will develop executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision materials for senior governance forums, including clear reporting on status, risks, dependencies, decision logs, escalation triggers, financial impact, portfolio health reporting and value delivery.
  • You will lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across program management, governance, analytics, business readiness, and benefit realization, building scalable capability for future enterprise initiatives.
  • You will build the PMO capability across the organization working in partnership with functional PMOs to ensure consistency in approach, methodology, priorities and structures to ensure a singular view of initiatives and activities is achievable at a Executive level.

What makes you successful:

  • You bring deep experience leading large-scale global or enterprise transformation programs, ideally within complex, regulated, and matrixed organizations.
  • You have built or led PMO, transformation, or enterprise program governance functions at scale, with a strong track record of improving execution discipline, transparency, and business outcomes – turning strategy into an executable portfolio.
  • You combine strategic thinking with operational rigor, translating enterprise priorities into clear roadmaps, governance mechanisms, success measures, and sustained value realization.
  • You are highly effective in ambiguity and complexity, creating structure, simplifying priorities, and helping senior leaders make timely, evidence-based decisions.
  • You influence across functions and regions without relying on direct authority, aligning stakeholders with demonstrated experience operating through influence without direct control.
  • You have strong business, financial, technology, and process acumen, and have delivered ERP or platform-enabled transformation, enterprise business processes, automation, AI-enabled improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
  • You understand change management and business readiness, including how to anticipate resistance, drive adoption, and embed new ways of working across large teams.
  • You develop strong teams and organizational capability, fostering accountability, inclusion, learning, and continuous improvement.

What makes you successful:

  • One visible enterprise portfolio with consistent intake, prioritization, governance, reporting, risk management, and value tracking.
  • Faster executive decisions, backed by concise portfolio health reporting, decision logs, trade-off recommendations, and escalation discipline.
  • Higher delivery confidence on priority programs through standard milestones, stage gates, readiness checks, and dependency management.
  • Value realization measured across revenue, margin, cost, risk, reliability, customer experience, and productivity, validated with Finance.
  • A PMO bench that operates as business partners and transformation leaders.

What you’ll get:

  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.
  • A full and comprehensive benefits program.
  • Growth opportunities on a global scale.
