You will work across Finance, IT, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Product, and Delivery centers to sequence priorities, manage dependencies, settle trade-offs, and land adoption in the business.
Success in this position requires the ability to translate enterprise priorities into actionable program roadmaps, mobilize stakeholders across functions and regions, and establish the governance, decision forums, and operating cadence needed to drive consistent execution. You will separate activity from value, surface risks early & make executive decisions easier giving Dexcom the capability to execute change with speed, transparency and confidence.
Where you come in:
- You will establish and lead a globally integrated Business PMO, including the operating model, governance, intake, stage-gates standards, tools, and executive reporting needed to manage a complex enterprise portfolio.
- You will lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across business processes, technology platforms & commercial operations, ensuring clear outcomes, disciplined execution, and measurable value realization.
- You will partner closely with Finance, IT, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and global delivery centers to align priorities, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and accelerate decision-making.
- You will translate enterprise strategy into actionable program roadmaps, integrated plans, milestones, resource requirements, and success measures to ensure consistent portfolio management and change-control mechanisms that drive transparency, prioritization, accountability, and delivery confidence across programs.
- You will partner with IT and business leaders on platform enabled change across ERP, AI-enabled workflows, and data products with business readiness and continuity built into the project plans.
- You will develop executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision materials for senior governance forums, including clear reporting on status, risks, dependencies, decision logs, escalation triggers, financial impact, portfolio health reporting and value delivery.
- You will lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across program management, governance, analytics, business readiness, and benefit realization, building scalable capability for future enterprise initiatives.
