As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, and security-related policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Hold CPR/First Aid certification, preferred.
• Have access control/badge experience, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
