Position Title: Resource Partner – Director of Doctor Recruitment
Reporting To: TDP Co-Founders

Job Summary
The Director of Doctor Recruitment will work closely with executive leadership to build a high-touch, scalable model to identify and engage the best provider talent. He/she will create an exceptional candidate experience and work closely with executives who play a key role in closing top candidates.
Job Responsibilities include:
Sourcing and Outreach
Identify and proactively source providers (Physicians and Advance Practice Providers) through direct outreach, networking, referral channels and other creative sourcing channels to engage highly passive, highly recruited talent.
Candidate Relationship Management
Own ongoing relationship management across long hiring timelines. Deliver a high-touch, white glove experience at every touchpoint from first contact through onboarding.
Process & Strategy Design
Design and iterate the end-to-end recruitment process and build a repeatable, scalable approach to provider recruitment.
Technology & Reporting
Identify, evaluate, and implement the right recruiting technology, CRM systems and data/metrics to support candidate tracking, engagement strategies and pipeline visibility.
Market Intelligence
Stay informed on the competitive landscape for provider talent (compensation/benefit trends, competitor insights, changes in the market landscape, etc.) and incorporate insights to evolve the sourcing and engagement strategies.
Employer Brand & Market Positioning
Understand and help shape the employment brand, positioning the organization as a premier destination for providers in a competitive talent market.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience recruiting in a highly competitive, relationship-driven talent market — provider/clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to build and own a recruiting process from the ground up, rather than simply executing an existing one.
Point of view on candidate engagement and CRM strategy, with hands-on experience selecting or implementing recruiting technology.
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Building trust over long candidate timelines is essential to the success of this role.
An understanding of employer branding and how to position an organization competitively in a talent-scarce, high-demand talent market.
Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, while working in lockstep with senior leadership.

Highly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and performance bonus
