Description
The Senior Manager will lead large-scale cost transformation and productivity improvement programs for clients, helping organizations redesign cost structures, optimize value chains, improve profitability, and accelerate growth through digital, automation, and AI-driven solutions. The role requires direct engagement with C-suite executives and leadership of complex transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide cost and productivity transformation programs.
- Partner with senior client executives to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across SG&A, operations, workforce, procurement, technology, and support functions.
- Develop and implement operating model redesigns and transformation roadmaps.
- Apply analytics, benchmarking, automation, and AI to deliver measurable business value.
- Create business cases, financial models, value realization plans, and governance mechanisms.
- Lead cross-functional and global teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic advisory support.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, transformation playbooks, and board-level recommendations.
- Support business development, solution development, and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, strategy, operations, finance, or performance improvement.
- Strong experience in cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operating model transformation.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Experience working directly with C-suite and senior business leaders.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L analysis and business case development.
- Experience leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
