Business Operations Senior Manager

Role Summary

The Senior Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide cost optimization and productivity transformation programs. The role partners with senior business leaders and C-suite executives to redesign operating models, improve profitability, optimize cost structures, and embed automation, analytics, and AI into transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost and productivity improvement initiatives across business functions and value chains.
• Drive structural cost reduction, SG&A optimization, and operating model transformation programs.
• Develop transformation strategies using diagnostics, benchmarking, analytics, and financial modeling.
• Lead large, cross-functional transformation workstreams and governance forums.
• Build executive-level business cases, roadmaps, and value realization plans.
• Embed AI, automation, predictive analytics, and digital solutions into transformation programs.
• Manage senior client and leadership stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and deliver C-suite presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Support capability building, innovation, and development of reusable assets within C&PR.

Required Experience

• Approximately 10–15+ years of experience in: Strategy Consulting Operations Consulting Enterprise Transformation Cost Optimization Productivity Improvement Operating Model Design/Transformation
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and managing complex transformation programs.
