Job Overview

As a Service Connection Support Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our Service Connection dealers, helping them navigate systems, build technical expertise, and strengthen their partnership with Marvin.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll work across Service, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to deliver training, drive program success, and ensure our dealers have the tools and support they need to thrive. Highlights of your role
- Serve as the primary support resource for Service Connection dealers, providing technical, system, and program assistance.
- Manage incoming Salesforce cases, phone calls, and emails, identifying opportunities for dealer support, coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Approve credits and process reimbursement requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the onboarding of new dealers, helping implement and manage a seamless introduction to the Service Connection program.
- Deliver virtual and in-person OMS and program training while supporting ongoing dealer education needs.
- Collaborate with internal partners across Service, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to create an exceptional dealer experience.

Also want to make sure you have
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 3+ years in customer service, dealer support, service operations, or a related field.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to quickly learn technical products, services, and warranty programs.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze performance metrics, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborative team player who models Marvin values, builds strong relationships, maintains a professional presence, and is willing to travel periodically for regional events and training.
