CRM Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate system administration and smooth daily operation.
• Ensure data quality through validation processes, monitoring completeness, accuracy, and consistency of customer and sales data.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, incorrect, or outdated records.
• Support the sales team by providing reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate new functionalities before deployment.
• Train and support users on CRM processes and best practices.
• Monitor CRM adoption and usage across the sales organization.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights within SFDC.
• Support customer segmentation, territory alignment, and account assignment processes.
• Assist in campaign execution by preparing customer lists and ensuring data readiness.
• Generate regular performance, activity, and pipeline reports for sales management.
• Ensure compliance with company data governance policies and CRM standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, reporting capabilities, and user experience.

Main objective of the role: To ensure that Salesforce data is accurate, reliable, and up to date while providing the sales organization with the tools, reports, and support needed to drive commercial effectiveness and informed decision-making.
