POSITION SUMMARY
The Contracts Coordinator coordinates contract renewal activities and assists with the intake of new
contract requests to ensure efficient and organized contract lifecycle management. This position serves
as a central coordination point for routine and low-complexity contract activities, including contract
tracking, follow-up with internal departments and vendors, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of
contract files. The Contract Coordinator also provides prompt and effective clerical and administrative
support to meet the operational needs of the Contracts department.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Licensure/Certification:
· High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Knowledge/Experience:
· Two years of clerical experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
· Basic knowledge of Word and Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (preferred); and
knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred.
· Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and related workflow tools.
Skills:
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and grammar skills
· Ability to operate general office equipment including the telephone system, copier, fax machine,
printer, scanner, and computer
· Data entry, working with spreadsheets, professional e-mail correspondence
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy interruptions; reprioritize workload as
needed; handle multiple tasks at once; meet deadlines.
· High level attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
· Able to work independently and as a team player with ability to build effective working
relationships
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately
