Warehouse Coordinator - 3rd Shift

This hourly role follows the Scotts/Hawthorne step pay progression scale and typically starts at $25.55 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Marysville, OH.

What you'll do in this role:

• Assign and monitor daily tasks of warehouse operators. Ensuring each operator has tasks ready for them. Input and manage dock doors assignments, stage lanes, 48 hr of staged material, LTL/LT loads, truck driver schedule adherence, order releasing and order assigning.  Interface with internal leadership and SMG internal departments to edit orders as necessary.                                                                   
• Execute warehouse procedures to generate warehouse workflow. Create system tasks for operators. 
• Troubleshoot or escalate order inventory discrepancies to inventory team through person to person communication or detailed email explaining the inventory issue.
• Generate system reports and audit sheets to evaluate the shift progress.
• Interface with internal leadership and SMG internal departments to edit orders as necessary

What you'll need to be successful:

• High School (HS) or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• 2 - 4 Years of experience prefered
• Prior warehousing experience required. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge to operate within SAP.
• Basic understanding of warehousing practices and procedures.
• Basic understanding of all warehousing equipment.
• Advanced organization skills.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate under varying climate conditions and with prolonged repetitive motions of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squating, bending, climbing and or reaching overhead.
