Associate Director, Global Oncology Marketing - KRAS Team
We are recruiting for an Associate Director, Global Oncology Marketing to join a dynamic team supporting a new targeted therapy planned for launch in the coming years. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape brand strategy, lead launch preparations, and help expand our oncology portfolio to benefit patients worldwide. Responsibilities
Support foundational brand development for a new oncology product in collaboration with a broad cross-functional team
Develop marketing strategy, leveraging strategic frameworks, to obtain a deep understanding of customer segments, drivers & barriers, and the healthcare ecosystem in which they operate
Develop brand hallmarks and global creative campaign
Create a brand messaging platform, simplifying complexity, and ensuring a consistent customer experience
Ensure launch readiness in collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders, regions, and launch planners
Collaborate and co-create with regions and key markets to develop global strategy, while supporting local needs
Manage relationship with promotional agency, ensuring that work meets the strategic and communication objectives and projects are delivered on time and on budget
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Precision Medicine, Market Research, and Training
Exhibit a learning mindset, agile ways of working, and general proficiency with AI
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing support of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
Experience in development of brand strategy and marketing strategy
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex organizations, managing different stakeholders, influencing without authority, and driving results
Outstanding collaboration skills with commercial teams, cross-divisional teams, and regional counterparts
Knowledge of marketing and promotion principles, including customer-centric campaign and message development
Strong understanding of launch readiness requirements within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
Preferred
Master’s degree (e.g., MBA)
Oncology experience, preferably in NSCLC or CRC
Global Marketing experience
Role may require some travel including weekends. Additionally, candidate must be able to visit both Rahway and Upper Gwynedd offices. There is flexibility on the actual site of the job, but candidate must be willing and able to visit both offices as business needs arise.

The salary range for this role is
$156,900.00 - $247,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
