Job Description
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support product transfers from development to production.
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
- Support product lifecycle management activities, including cost reductions, process improvements, and component obsolescence management.
- Partner with suppliers and procurement teams to address quality, delivery, and material availability issues.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, process flows, and engineering change documentation.
- Utilize manufacturing data and digital tools to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- Support validation, qualification, and risk assessment activities to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Proactively to pick up AI tools and knowledge.
