Mental Health Therapist/Bilingual Spanish (Triple P) – Martin County

Make a meaningful impact at Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc. as a Mental Health Triple P Therapist serving Martin County. In this role, you will support caregivers of children and adolescents ages 0–18 through multiple levels of Triple P, an evidence-based parenting program that strengthens parenting skills, family relationships, and confidence in managing behavioral and emotional challenges. You'll join a collaborative, mission-driven team of mental health professionals committed to high-quality, community-centered care while helping expand our programming and partnerships throughout Martin County.

This position is Monday–Friday and involves providing services in person in the home, office, or other community settings throughout Martin County, as well as via telehealth. The position will also assist with community outreach, presentations, and relationship-building with local organizations and referral partners. Your Role: Deliver multiple levels of Triple P services to caregivers of children and adolescents ages 0–18 based on family needs. Services will be provided in homes, office and community-based settings throughout Martin County, as well as via telehealth. You will help caregivers strengthen parenting skills, improve family relationships, address behavioral and emotional concerns, and build confidence in managing parenting challenges. This role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, conducting community outreach and presentations, developing relationships with local partners and referral sources, and helping increase awareness and accessibility of Triple P services throughout Martin County.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience working with children, adolescents, caregivers, and families preferred
• Triple P accreditation is considered an asset; candidates who are not accredited must be willing to complete employer-funded training and accreditation
• Strong communication, presentation, outreach, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Compassionate, professional, and family-centered approach with the ability and willingness to travel throughout Martin County
