Position: Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) Satellite Communications and Space

We are looking for an experienced technical project manager for a complex end-to-end program in the field of satellite communications. You will coordinate technical work packages across the space, ground, network, operations, and user segments and ensure consistent overall technical planning and a consistent baseline.
Tasks:
- Technical planning and management of defined work packages
- Coordination of internal departments, segment teams, and external partners
- Maintenance and further development of the technical baseline
- Alignment of requirements, architecture, and interfaces
- Management of technical milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Identification and tracking of technical risks and changes
- Preparation and facilitation of technical reviews and decisions
- Support with verification, documentation, and acceptance testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or scientific field
- Several years of experience in technical project management or systems engineering
- Experience with complex, interdisciplinary technical systems
- Knowledge of requirements engineering, system architecture, or interface management
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Very good command of German and English
Desirable: - Experience in satellite communications, aerospace, or defense
- Understanding of end-to-end system architectures
- Experience in configuration, change, or verification management
