Partners with senior leaders to shape workforce strategies that align organizational capabilities, capacity, demand, and business priorities. Develops forward-looking workforce insights that help leaders anticipate future talent needs, optimize organizational performance, and make informed investment decisions. Combines strategic thinking, workforce intelligence, data analysis, and business acumen to assess current and future demand, evaluate workforce effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and develop scalable workforce solutions that support long-term business objectives. Serves as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating workforce trends, risks, opportunities, and organizational dynamics into actionable recommendations that strengthen execution and organizational readiness.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leads the execution of larger technology projects, coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
2. Identifies, designs, and implements process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows within area of responsibility.
3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
4. Analyses and reports on performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
5. Executes on operational technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
6. Integrates innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
7. As applicable, drives strategic alignment and operational excellence by guiding key external partnerships and leading cost‑optimization efforts that enhance financial performance and support organizational objectives.
8. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
9. Communicates operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders and leadership.
10. Provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members and supports their professional development.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
3. Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience developing workforce strategies, organizational planning models, talent strategies, capacity planning frameworks, or enterprise workforce transformation initiatives.
2. Demonstrated ability to analyze workforce demand, forecast future resource requirements, and align workforce capacity with evolving business needs.
3. Experience evaluating workforce supply and demand dynamics, organizational productivity, utilization trends, and capacity constraints to support resource allocation decisions.
4. Ability to identify emerging workforce risks, capability gaps, succession challenges, and organizational dependencies, and develop recommendations to address them proactively.
5. Experience leveraging workforce analytics and predictive insights to support workforce planning, hiring strategies, organizational design, and long-term investment decisions.
6. Demonstrated ability to synthesize workforce data, business priorities, market trends, and organizational context into compelling executive narratives and strategic recommendations.
7. Strong understanding of workforce optimization practices, resource planning methodologies, organizational effectiveness principles, and talent management processes.
8. Experience supporting large-scale organizational growth, transformation, restructuring, or change initiatives.
9. Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex workforce intelligence into actionable business decisions.
