Responsibilities will include:
New Product Introduction (NPI), High Volume Manufacturing (HVM), and End-of-Life (EOL) Management
- Lead operational readiness and execution for new product introductions, HVM transitions, and end-of-life activities across SSD product portfolios.
- Evaluate and approve sample requests that support CDBU customer engagement, design wins, qualification activities, and strategic growth objectives.
- Coordinate sample fulfillment priorities and shipment execution in partnership with Product Development Teams (PDT), New Product Operations (NPO), and Order Fulfillment (OF) teams.
- Internally track and communicate qualification milestones, customer validation status, and transition readiness for new SSD programs.
- Create, maintain, monitor, and retire product part numbers (MPNs) to support product lifecycle requirements.
- Manage and communicate engineering and qualification of sample availability, schedules, and order status with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate internally with Product Line Management (PLM), Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to develop and execute Product Change Notifications (PCNs).
- Partner with PLM teams to establish and govern product sampling strategies, guidelines, and customer qualification roadmaps.
- Drive internal cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product launches, customer qualifications, and volume ramp execution.
Business Operations, Planning, and Strategic Analysis
- Analyze current-quarter business performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Micron to develop and execute Strategic Customer Agreements (SCAs) for Enterprise OEM customers.
- Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support manufacturing planning decisions, ensuring product build plans align with customer demand, supply commitments, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with Business Units and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, assess, and resolve existing and emerging business challenges.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytical tools to monitor business, product, and customer trends, providing visibility to Product Line Managers (PLMs), Business Unit leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend optimal courses of action based on business objectives, resource availability, and operational constraints.
- Synthesize complex data and business information into clear executive-level summaries, insights, and recommendations.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and customer support strategies to enable successful business outcomes.
- Support decision-making through scenario analysis, risk assessment, and business impact evaluations
Material level systems integrity
- SAP part number creation and life cycle maintenance
- CRT (Customer Requirements Table) maintenance
- CTO (Configure to Order) systems assistance and maintenance as required
- CCR (Customer Containment Rule) maintenance. Collaborating with the QMO team to create and implement crucial customer requirement rules.
Inventory Management and Supply Optimization
- Partner with Supply Chain and CDBU inventory teams to identify excess and at-risk inventory and drive disposition strategies.
- Lead weekly reviews of aged and unhealthy inventory, ensuring timely disposition decisions and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Micron Supply Chain Planning and Revenue Operations to define inventory strategies, build plans, and safety stock targets.
- Provide guidance to procurement teams on raw material and controller purchasing decisions to optimize inventory and minimize scrap.
- Analyze inventory trends and supply risks, recommending actions to improve inventory health and operational efficiency.
- Drive internal cross-functional alignment on inventory management decisions to support customer demand and business objectives.
Business Unit Guidance
- Partner with Micron Supply Chain Planning to ensure uninterrupted supply for strategic customers.
- Drive clear and effective communication of customer requirements through established channels.
- Support long-term business objectives through strategic planning and execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute SSD product EOL transitions while minimizing scrap and maintaining customer support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Supply Chain related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP business suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2-C1 English level)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various internal Micron teams.
- Background or experience with NAND technology.
