Senior Manager Account Management EMS Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage the Account overall as part of a global Account Manager team for the whole industry Develop & Execute Account strategy to grow the Account  Position Infineon`s products and solutions in the account  Manage technical engagements day to day and technical summits, plan those and work with resource owners for a support plan   Drive technical and commercial feedbacks into the support organizations  Own and live the executive relationship matrix to connect the Account and IFX executives Share customer insights via CRM opportunity tracking and interaction reports Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Ideally the candidate has a track record in developing EMS business, understands the value chains and can position Infineon well in the Account. Beyond that experience in a global company with cross functional teamsis of essence.  Technical knowledge for AI Server & Datacenter infrastructure as well as other solutions like controllers, switches, sensors and connectivity parts is of benefit. The candidate should be natural curious where to grab additional business in the account, explore new areas and by a self driven approach generates additional opportunities.  Nurturing the Opportunities with the necessary diligence is essential for success, excellent communication skills in english and mandarin are needed for that.  It is expected that the candidate works closely with supporting organizations such as Marketing, FAE/SAE teams and has made experience in leading and guiding cross functional teams.  Passion and a never give up mentality is expected #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
