Company Description
Overview
The Digital Solutions Consulting Manager plays a senior client-facing role in shaping, defining, and delivering complex data-driven marketing and technology initiatives for large enterprise clients. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution — leading discovery, requirements definition, solution design, and delivery oversight across CRM, personalization, identity, data platforms, and analytics use cases.
You will lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts while partnering cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Engineering, Analytics, and Client Management to deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Solution Leadership
- Lead discovery and definition efforts, translating client business goals into clear functional and technical requirements across CRM, personalization, identity, data, and analytics use cases
- Partner with Solution Architects and Technology Leads to shape solution intent, validate feasibility, and ensure architectural decisions align with business objectives
- Own and maintain core delivery artifacts including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data definitions
- Serve as a senior liaison between business stakeholders, data science, engineering, media, creative, and external technology partners to maintain alignment on scope, priorities, risks, and delivery timelines
Consulting & Strategy
- Consult clients and prospects on Digital Marketing, omni-channel solutions, customer experience, and marketing technology strategy
- Analyze customer, campaign, and operational performance data to inform prioritization, decision-making, and optimization of technology-enabled experiences
- Contribute to technology roadmaps, operating models, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure solutions scale sustainably and deliver long-term value
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and revenue growth roadmaps
Delivery Management
- Drive Agile delivery practices including backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency management, and release readiness using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Guide testing and validation activities, partnering with QA and business teams to define acceptance criteria and support UAT for complex, data-driven capabilities
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across people, process, and technology, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts, Consultants, and Scrum Masters — supporting their project delivery and career advancement
- Oversee documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and other client deliverables
- Participate actively in talent acquisition, performance management, and capability-building initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital solutions consulting, technology delivery, or marketing technology implementation
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing delivery teams
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing ecosystems including CRM, loyalty, personalization, campaign management, identity resolution, and customer data platforms
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, PeopleCloud, or comparable solutions
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream engagements for enterprise clients in a consulting or agency environment
- Strong business requirements documentation, functional specification, and solution design skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence)
