Description
The Manager, Digital Solutions is responsible for leading a team of Digital Solutions Partners and driving the successful delivery of transformative digital initiatives. This role combines operational leadership, strategic oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure digital solutions are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
This individual will oversee the digital delivery lifecycle—from strategic intake and solution design to execution and adoption—while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
KEY OUTCOMES:
1. Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Digital Solutions Partners across various levels.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support team members’ professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture with a focus on learning, agility, and impact.
2. Digital Strategy Execution
- Collaborate with senior business and IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable digital initiatives.
- Shape and maintain a digital delivery roadmap that aligns with enterprise objectives.
- Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure timely, quality delivery of projects and solutions.
3. Solution Governance & Quality Assurance
- Oversee the development of business cases, solution designs, and implementation plans.
- Establish and maintain standards for requirements documentation, delivery practices, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, user-centric, secure, and meet compliance requirements.
4. Stakeholder Partnership & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding digital solution planning and execution.
- Lead steering committees or program reviews to report progress, risks, and value realization.
- Influence key decisions by combining business insight with digital expertise.
5. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), team metrics, and initiative outcomes to assess effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery models, tooling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Champion digital best practices across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Information, Data Science, Business Analytics or Information Management (not required but strongly preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in digital delivery, business analysis, or IT consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Certifications in PMP, CBAP, Prosci, SAFe, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional digital initiatives in a complex environment.
- Experience managing teams and mentoring professionals in solution delivery roles.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MIS) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, HRIS) or customer-facing digital products.
- Background in digital transformation strategy, process redesign, or IT portfolio management.
