We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton Regional Distribution Centre team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, enjoys working with customers, and takes pride in finding solutions. You'll be the link between customers, transportation providers, shipping teams, and warehouse operations to ensure parts orders move efficiently from order to delivery.

Job Description:

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Order Support

• Respond to incoming customer phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and voicemail messages
• Provide timely, accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns
• Listen carefully to identify the root cause of issues and work toward effective resolutions
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their parts orders
• Record customer feedback, requests, and concerns and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate teams
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
• Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings to support customer service objectives
• Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to help meet committed delivery dates
• Assist warehouse operations with "hold until complete" orders and related customer inquiries

Transportation & Logistics Coordination

• Track shipments and orders with third-party transportation providers
• Arrange courier pickups and transportation for customer orders
• Prepare and complete shipping documentation and paperwork
• Monitor deliveries and proactively communicate updates to customers

Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, customer service, or a related field
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, or transportation activities is considered an asset
• Previous experience within heavy equipment, transportation, oil & gas, industrial, equipment, or manufacturing industries is an asset
• Experience as a Parts Technician, Service Advisor, Mechanic
