Summary:
We are looking for an experienced People Partner with experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Partner roles to work closely with business leaders and drive people strategies aligned with organizational objectives. The role will serve as a strategic HR advisor across employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and change management, while fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and priorities.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, people matters, organizational effectiveness, and workplace concerns.
- Drive talent management initiatives including talent development, succession planning, career development, and retention of key talent.
- Partner with managers on performance management, goal setting, continuous feedback, performance improvement, and building a high-performance culture.
- Support organizational development, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that promote an inclusive, collaborative, and positive employee experience.
- Coach and influence managers on effective people management, leadership practices, and resolution of complex employee issues.
- Leverage people insights and HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actionable people solutions.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of significant experience in HR Business Partnering / People Partner roles.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and business stakeholders in a strategic HR capacity.
- Strong experience across employee relations, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience in driving change management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's/MBA in HR preferred.
