Inside Sales and Customer Service

Machinery wholesaler of metal working equipment, seeking full time Inside Sales and customer service candidate. Primary responsibilities include assisting customers, answering incoming phone calls, processing orders via our computer business system and supporting our customers with outgoing phone calls and outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, customer service-oriented person willing to learn our products, some knowledge of fabrication and machinery. Analyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can best meet their needs in clear and concise manner. Proactively work to maintain and update sales and service related customer activity within our company database CRM. Work daily with our customers and outside sales, assisting in preparing quotes and deliver them in a timely manner to customers for review. Follow company pricing guidelines and procedures. Monitor sales orders to delivery keeping customer informed. Expedite the resolution of customer problems, issues or complaints. Ability to be truthful, credible and knowledgeable in the workplace, get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals and effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers, speak effectively and communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
