How You’ll Make an Impact
- Daily Administrative Support: Enter data, create load files, schedule pickup/delivery appointments, and organize daily documentation.
- Shipment Tracking & Updates: Make quick update calls to drivers and carrier partners to confirm shipment status and keep customers informed.
- Carrier Documentation: Collect, verify, and file carrier paperwork, insurance certificates, and rate confirmations with high accuracy.
- Basic Billing Support: Help our office team match receipts, process invoices, and handle basic entry for accounts payable/receivable.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional support via phone and email to keep freight moving smoothly.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role. Recent college graduates looking to start a career are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computers, web databases, and office tools. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) is required.
- Laser Attention to Detail: High accuracy when handling data entry, numbers, and basic office documents.
- Strong Communication: Friendly, clear written and verbal communication skills over the phone and via email.
