Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing quality dental care to our patients. If you are passionate about dentistry and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
- Conduct oral cancer screenings.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
- Provide preventive dental care, such as fluoride treatments and sealants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Dentrix knowledge is a plus.
- Must be up to date with CE credits and CPR certification .
Wage based on experience.
Average 34 hours/week.
