Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a key member of organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing and servicing commercial lines accounts, with a focus on contractors, blue-collar workers, and other professional lines. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (up to $80,000 for highly qualified candidates)
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including contractors, construction, general liability, workers' compensation, real estate, property, and manufacturing.
- Handle both new business (20%) and renewal business (80%) processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support producers by taking on administrative and service-related tasks, allowing them to focus on business development.
- Utilize EZLynx (preferred) for rating and CRM purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing commercial lines accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx is strongly preferred.
