Production Supervisor
Work Arrangement: On-site Monday – Thursday, 12/Noon – 10:30 p.m.Role Overview
The Production Supervisor leads daily assembly operations by developing people, improving processes, and delivering safe, high-quality, on-time production. This role builds an engaged, accountable team while ensuring operational goals are met for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily assembly operations to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time production.
- Develop, coach, and hold production employees accountable.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
- Monitor production KPIs and performance.
- Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.
- Four or more years of manufacturing experience.
- Two or more years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
