  • Support annual and cyclical talent processes, ensuring programs are delivered consistently and effectively across the organization.
  • Develop program guidance, toolkits, presentations, and resources to support leaders and employees throughout the performance management lifecycle.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to drive program alignment, implementation, and adoption.
  • Track key talent metrics and evaluate program effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities and align with organizational leadership expectations.
  • Help integrate leadership capabilities across the talent lifecycle, including recruitment, development, performance, and succession planning.
  • Coordinate leadership development programs, internal training initiatives, and onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Develop tools, templates, and learning resources that reinforce leadership expectations and support effective people management.
  • Identify opportunities for future learning and development initiatives based on organizational and business needs.
  • Translate talent strategies into practical, user-friendly resources that enable leaders and HR teams to implement programs effectively.
  • Create engaging training materials, presentations, toolkits, guides, communications, and other learning resources.
  • Support the development and delivery of train-the-trainer resources for HR Business Partners.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design practices to create accessible, engaging, and effective learning solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality, consistent content aligned with organizational priorities and enterprise HR initiatives.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support the successful implementation and ongoing adoption of talent management programs.
  • Develop resources that facilitate the transition of learning and program delivery to HR Business Partners and HR Shared Services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Benefits, to support an integrated people strategy.
  • Provide program support and guidance to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement of talent initiatives.
  • Contribute to broader organizational initiatives focused on culture, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Analyze talent data related to employee engagement, performance, succession planning, and turnover to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain accessible dashboards and reports that support HR Business Partners in data-informed decision-making.
  • Translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations to improve talent outcomes.
  • Support the preparation of talent insights for leadership and executive discussions.
  • Monitor program adoption and effectiveness, recommending improvements where appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide HR programs, particularly performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, or succession planning.
  • Experience applying adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation, or learning experience design to develop practical learning solutions for leaders.
  • Strong content development skills, including creating presentations, training materials, toolkits, guides, and communications.
  • Experience supporting HR program implementation, rollout, and stakeholder adoption.
  • Exposure to learning and development initiatives or leadership development programs is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
