In this role, you will play a key part in transforming the customer experience by helping users unlock the full potential of Trimble's innovative solutions while building valuable skills in client relations and database management.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support by resolving service inquiries regarding company products and features

• Proactively engage clients to assist with subscription renewals, service activations, and upselling opportunities

• Process sales orders and payments accurately to ensure seamless customer service continuity

• Maintain data integrity by updating client accounts and database management systems

• Troubleshoot technical issues with service operations to maximize customer satisfaction

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven customer-focused mindset with a warm, approachable, and outgoing communication style

• Multilingual proficiency with fluency in both English and Spanish

• Experience working with database management systems

• Demonstrated ability as a fast learner who thrives as a collaborative team player

• Flexibility to work some weekends and occasional holidays
