In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership and direction that places emphasis on quality, service, revenue growth, and fiscal efficiency.
- Responsible for the operational effectiveness of all facilities and personnel in their CPL market.
- Plans and implement strategies for growth and retention of laboratory market share.
- Provide an environment that encourages personnel development and retention.
- Manages for P&L performance that meets the short and long-term goals of CPL.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with referring physicians and administrators.
- Instills the necessary values and monitors personnel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
All you need is:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
- 5-10 years of medical management (preferably laboratory medicine).
- To include management of multiple facilities and departments (Stat Labs, Patient Service Centers, Logistics and various service departments).
Bonus points if you’ve got:
- MBA is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or other service organization.
- Strong General Operations Management experience to include business growth and development.
