  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a trusted analytics partner to cross-functional leaders across USMA, Global R&D, and Commercial teams, translating complex business challenges into high-impact, fit-for-purpose analytical solutions.
  • Product Delivery & Backlog Management: Manage the operational lifecycle of medical analytics tools and products, overseeing backlog refinement, sprint execution, quality standards, and continuous enhancement for tools in production.

Role Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative or life sciences field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Biomedical Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics).

  • Proven experience guiding or leading technical project squads in developing and deploying AI/ML capabilities into enterprise or field business workflows.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully delivering data science solutions across medical, commercial, or clinical development functions.
  • Strong technical expertise in machine learning, GenAI, and modern NLP architectures applied to complex structured and unstructured healthcare datasets.
  • Technical fluency across cloud ecosystems and modern data stacks (e.g., Python, SQL, Databricks, AWS, SageMaker, Git).
  • Strong communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to bridge technical concepts with business strategy and influence cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., PhD, MD, or MBA with a quantitative concentration).
  • 5+ years of life sciences analytics experience, with 2+ years leading technical project teams or data science workstreams.
