We’re looking for a Key Account Manager - Ukraine to develop and grow our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) distribution business in the Ukrainian market. You’ll take ownership of key distributor relationships, build sustainable commercial growth, and make sure our C&I solutions reach the market through a strong and effective distribution network.
Curious what that looks like in practice? Let’s dive right in:

• Own and develop relationships with key C&I distribution partners in Ukraine, acting as their main commercial point of contact and building long-term business partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth across our C&I PV inverter and energy storage portfolio by expanding business with existing distributors and identifying new channel opportunities.
• Build joint business plans with distributors covering sales targets, pipeline development, forecasting, stock planning, and go-to-market activities.
• Support distributors in developing their downstream C&I business with installers, EPCs, and other relevant partners while maintaining a clear distribution-led sales model.
• Monitor the Ukrainian C&I market, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and partner feedback to identify opportunities and strengthen our market positioning.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunities, and account activities in CRM while collaborating with internal sales, technical, marketing, service, and supply-chain teams to support distributor success.

Your profile

All right, that sounds like an exciting mix of commercial ownership, channel development, and renewable energy. To feel at home in this role and make an impact for the long run, your background could look something like this:

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or distribution/channel sales, ideally within solar PV, energy storage, electrical equipment, power electronics, or a related technical industry.
• Strong understanding of C&I and distribution business models, with the ability to develop distributors and grow business through an indirect sales channel.
• Good commercial skills across account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, negotiation, and partner development.
• Understanding of the C&I solar ecosystem and how distributors work with installers, EPCs, and other downstream partners is highly valuable.
• A hands-on, commercially driven approach with strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ukrainian C1 and English B2 or higher, with willingness to travel as required to develop distributor relationships and support the market.
