£27,500 - £30,000 + uncapped commission

• £27,500 - £30,000 + uncapped commission paid 4 weekly
• Hybrid working after 12 weeks (1 day from home per week)

Based in our Wolverhampton office, you'll work alongside experienced consultants with access to industry-leading training, market-leading technology and a supportive leadership team committed to helping you succeed.

What you'll do

• Manage a busy recruitment desk, supporting clients with a range of hiring requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate new business through calls, meetings and networking
• Source, interview and place candidates into suitable opportunities
• Work at pace to deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates
• Provide expert recruitment advice and market insight
• Achieve targets that directly impact your earnings

A full UK driving licence is required due to regular client meetings across the region.
