Description
Our client, a growing real estate development and property management company, is seeking a Marketing Director to lead demand generation and brand strategy across a portfolio of luxury multifamily and student housing communities.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with multifamily or real estate experience who understands how to generate qualified leads, optimize digital marketing performance, and manage third-party marketing partners. You'll work directly with leadership to drive occupancy, strengthen the company's brand, and bring more marketing initiatives in-house as the portfolio continues to grow.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies that increase traffic and occupancy
- Manage digital advertising across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, ILS platforms, and retargeting
- Oversee website performance, local SEO, backlinking, and online marketing initiatives
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors, website developers, and digital agencies
- Develop social media and content strategies that support leasing goals
- Track campaign performance, marketing ROI, cost per lead, and website analytics
- Support lease-up marketing, branding, and property marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with Operations and Leasing to align marketing efforts with business goals
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in multifamily, property management, or real estate development
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta campaigns, SEO, website management, and digital lead generation
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing ROI and campaign performance
- Experience managing third-party marketing vendors and agencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow alongside a fast-growing company
