Job Detail:
Corporate Development is responsible for driving the Group’s growth agenda by identifying and executing on inorganic and major partnership projects. As a Senior Manager, the candidate is expected to support the development of the inorganic strategy, identify potential targets, and manage and execute the transactions. Key activities:
- Target screening, due diligence and valuation
- Work closely with different functional experts, including Risk, Legal, Finance and Tax
- Robust quantitative analysis
- Strong project management
- Solid working relationship with external advisers ensuring maximum value add
- Support the development of high quality Exco materials to facilitate decision making
Experience & Competencies Required:
- 6-8 years of working experience. Previous experience in M&A preferred
- Bachelors degree
- Strong commercial acumen
- Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills
