Job Description – Product Manager Technical / Technical Business Analyst
Location: Pune / Vadodara (Hybrid – Client Office)
Experience: 6–9 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Technical / Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product leadership to define product vision, translate requirements into user stories, prioritize backlogs, and drive successful feature delivery using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog using the Working Backwards approach.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Prioritize features, define acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and runtime metrics to drive continuous improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of platform features.
Support product launches, post-launch reviews, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
6–9 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story creation, and requirement elicitation.
Ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Experience working in enterprise product/platform environments.
Exposure to digital payments, financial services, or large-scale technology platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks.
