Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with various business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the position includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored and effective in driving organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders to refine process requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating clear, detailed process maps and specifications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications that guide technology implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies to support process design and analysis.
Additional Information:
