Description
• Perform goods receipt transactions in SAP with a high degree of accuracy
• Identify discrepancies in quantity, condition, or documentation and communicate these issues promptly with Supervisor or Lead
• Create, print, and apply accurate labels for received materials following internal standards
• Stage received materials in designated warehouse locations and update SAP inventory accordingly
• Support material flow by coordinating with production, quality, customer service, and other internal teams
• Offload inbound trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts
• Verify incoming shipments by comparing packing lists, bills of lading, and supplier documentation against physical product
• Assist with outbound logistics as needed, including picking, packing, and palletizing
• Load trailers with packed boxes, pallets, and equipment
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures, including 5S standards
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform additional duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- SAP experience, including goods receipt and inventory transactions
- Forklift operating experience
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- 4 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in receiving, inventory control, or quality inspection
