Position Summary...

The (USA) Director, Product Development leads the management of complex product lifecycles, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. This role drives cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and financial performance. By leveraging industry insights and collaborating with internal and external partners, the director develops strategic plans, optimizes cost structures, and advances product innovation. What you'll do...

• Lead product development initiatives by managing complex specifications and ensuring alignment with customer needs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and inform product strategies.
• Develop and implement financial models and cost reduction strategies to maximize sales growth and profitability.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Guide talent development and foster a high-performing team environment aligned with business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 5 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or
related area OR 7 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
