Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that all portfolio activities are aligned with overarching organizational strategies and objectives. Communicating portfolio strategies clearly to teams to ensure consistent direction and focus.
- Identifying and tracking dependencies between projects across tribes.
- Facilitating collaboration and communication between teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies. Generating regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for senior leadership.
- Collaborating with teams to assess the impact of identified risks and determine mitigation strategies
- Regularly review risk exposure and report on risk status to leadership, highlighting critical areas.
We’re looking for:
- Graduate in any field | preferred – Postgraduate / MBA in project management or related field
- Experience of managing complex project and product development
- Knowledge of managing agile methodology
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Experience of managing resources with different skill set for agile delivery methods
