Accounts Receivable Officer – Immediate Start

Temporary Contract | SOR | Immediate Start | Until Mid-January

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a busy finance team on a temporary contract through to mid-January.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of the accounts receivable function and provide support during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process.
• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up overdue payments.
• Allocate incoming payments and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to customer queries relating to invoices and payments.
• Assist with debtor reporting and account reconciliations.
• Provide general support to the finance team as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance administration role.
• Pronto Xi experience is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Availability to commence immediately.
