About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to support our HR operations in a startup environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR activities and work closely with the management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Support statutory compliance and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
Assist with performance appraisals and HR operations.
Coordinate with management on HR-related activities.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR.
MBA in HR or PG Diploma in HR.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a startup environment.
Male candidates preferred.
